Happy 4th of July!!

Happy 4th of July to all!! Can't wait to see some family today, eat some watermelon, homemade ice cream... it doesn't get any better! Watching the rain this morning reminded me of past rainy 4th's when the "men" had to light the fireworks with a BLOW TORCH! Yes, we are dedicated when it comes to our fourth of July fireworks!

Been working hard to catch up on my editing lately, but unfortunately I think I'm going to have to HALT all new appointments until I get caught up! I have 3 weddings, several albums, one engagement, and now a T-Ball league to get done before I can schedule any more shoots! I'll let you know when we're all caught up- boy won't it feel good!!

Here is what I've been finishing up the past couple of days, Angela and Randol!! Aren't they a beautiful couple? Lisa & Zach, and Ashley & Tom are coming up as well!

Gamble Family...

We had a fun Saturday morning at Bee Tree a while back, with this awesome family!! Mom, Dad, their 4 kids, then all of THEIR kids... it made me think that every family should get together for a group picture at least every couple of years. In fact, I was inspired to get the "Groat" family together over Labor Day! Thanks for the inspiration guys! You're the best!!

It's usually quite a trick to get a group shot of the grandkids together, but as soon as this little guy reached over to hold his cousin's hand, we all were laughing so hard it was an easy task!!

Aren't these girls just lovely?? We had fun doing these pics on the living room floor one Saturday morning... I can't wait for the next one to come along!! Congrats guys!!

Happy Birthday Menzi!!

Well, contrary to popular belief, I have NOT fallen off the face of the earth! :) Haha!! After a long maternity leave/break, I'm back into editing full swing. Right now, I'm not taking new appointments until I finish up all albums and work from last year, but hopefully it will be soon! Check back to see when you can schedule an appointment, I'm shooting for the third week in March when it is starting to warm up.

In the meantime, each week I'll be posting work from late last year. But FIRST.....

My little girl went to the SWEETEST ever tea party a few weeks ago! Menzi's mommy throws a tea party for her little girls when they turn five, and boy was this one awesome! The girls started with a little talk around the table, then Menzi's five big sisters (and others:) dressed them up, did their nails, hair and makeup, and then had a fashion show! What a neat tradition. Thanks for inviting us Menzi.... we love you!!
